Thanks /...I will try tomorrow am and let you know..dont get me wrong Brent has been awesome and he even sent me 3 or 4 other tunes that he wanted me to try and see if they worked then he would customize one for me....unfortunately...i truly have not had the time...but i will Try your idea and if that does not work i will load up brents other tunes and work with him..its weird how some cars react differently to the same tunes

If the TB was going bad, then both tunes(EVO & Brentspeed) would probably exhibit the same problem.
Reflash the Brentspeed tune as suggested by RCT06GT, and then do the following:
-Turn the key to the 'ON' position(not the 'ACC' position, and do not start the engine),
and wait for the dash warning lights to go out and the chime to stop.
- Press the gas pedal all the way down in one smooth motion(approx. 3 seconds to hit
the floor).
- As soon as the pedal hits the floor, slowly release it in one smooth motion(approx. 3 seconds. to its fully released position).
- Wait 5 seconds, then turn the key to 'OFF'.
- Wait another 5 seconds.
- Repeat all of the above steps 2 more times.
- After the 3rd time around, start the engine normally, and drive.
If that does not help, then there's probably something wrong with the tune. Ask Brent to send you a new one.

I noticed the same thing after installing my C&L CAI and brenspeed 87 tune. Seems to happen mostly in second gear.
