Default RE: 06 GT Aluminum Driveshaft?

Yes, there are a few different options.

There is the "Ford Ranger" driveshaft conversion that involves getting a shaft from a Ford Ranger pickup, having it shortened, and then bolting it in with a new pinion flange. Search for it on the forum and you'll find plenty of info. This is definatley the least expensive option.

Also, there is a drop-in aluminum shaft available from Powerhouse:

I'm pretty sure these guys can hook you up with an aluminum driveshaft as well:

I have the Powerhouse shaft. I got one cheap from a Group Buy. Someone committed to buying a shaft, then backed out, and I got his. It is a simple install, it took me about an hour. I am very happy with it--no vibration, and the drivetrain and shifting process are both firmer and more solid. It also made the car noticeably quicker to accelerate.
