Drove an 06 GT this weekend
What's up ya'll, figured i'd drift over here from the 4.6 section and tell ya that i got the chance to drive an 06 GT this weekend. My step mom just bought it a few weeks ago and i was up visiting, so i took advantage of the situation
Man, that car is awesome, it rides so much better than the sn-95's and new edge stangs. She had an 04 gt earlier this year, then got rid of it for an 05 v6, so me and my dad gave her a bunch of crap about that and she got a good deal on the 06. I just couldn't believe how smooth the car was. It's an auto, and the transmission shifts unbelievably smooth. My car is an auto too[:'(] and there's a huge difference. Also realized just how much QUICKER the car is than mine [:@][:@][:@] that sum bitch would move....alot faster than her 04 too. That was my first experience actually driving one of the S197's, and i'm thouroughly pleased w/ them.....hope to get one when i get done w/ college
Oh yeah, and i did a brake stand out in front of their house too had to break the tires in Here's a somewhat decent pic of it

That's a sweet car....hmmmm I guess you're gonna be visiting your dad and step mom more often, huh? Your GT looks nice too('96 or '97?) the chrome wheels look sweet with the Rio Red( your car's color?).....now you have something to look forward to.
