Groaning noise...

Groaning noise...
I know about / have read the TSB about the groaning noise when turning from the rear... But last night I was driving completely straight at about 50 - 55 mph, and I heard a groan noise come and go... I don't even know if it was coming from the front or the rear?
Also the longer I drive (the hotter the engine gets) the louder that tapping noise gets... (yes, sounds like a valve tap, or exhaust leak or something)
And the front suspension still feels lose when going over bumps at speeds that are lower than say 40... Maybe the exhaust is hitting the front of the floor? I don't know anymore... But it is really getting old driving this car that was supposed to be fun, and the engines valves sound like they are gonna scratch their way thru the hood, and having the front wheel feel like its gonna break the already lose bolt....
Any suggestions as to what I can do?
(Its been to the dealer twice for these problems... they say nothign is wrong... i say bull s hi t now)

RE: Groaning noise...
Hard to say but does not compare with how my car ran stock.
Couple top of mind suggestions:
Try another dealer maybe ?
Or is there a performance shop nearby that has knowledge of the S197? If it were me I'd given 'em $ to diagnose it if you can't get any satisfaction from the dealer....maybe just 1 hour of labor to see if they can poke around and find something?
