Here's my exhaust setup: I have JBA Long Tube Headers, JBA H-pipe with High-flow Cats and Ford Racing Axle Back.
Suspension: Ford Racing Lowering springs and Struts. No problems at all with clearance issues. This kit brought car down about 1 1/2 inches.
