Get a can of this and dump it in and see if it makes a difference:

If you can't find that get a gallon of pure toluene, add 4 oz of Marvel Mystery oil and see if that takes care of the problem.

Both will raise your octane level significantly and if the gas you have in there is a problem, this will fix it.

I took it out again and it definately knocks only when I romp into it. Maybe it is my gas. I'll have to buy gas from where I used to. I tried this other station with 10% ethanol blend 93 octane. I used to get it at this other place 93 octane with no ethanol. Seemed fine until now. Happened after I got my oil changed at the dealership too, if that has anything to do with it.
