Default Jacking the front by the radiator support???

Can the radiator support (not sure if that's the proper term, it's the cross brace that the swaybar mounts too.) be used as a center jack point for the front? I realize it's covered by a piece of plastic, but i'm not to worried about damaging the plastic skid plate. I had a large floor jack and would much rather lift the whole front at once, but i'm worried the radiator support can't handle the weight.

Default RE: Jacking the front by the radiator support???

Nothing forward of the front wheels or further back than the rear tires can suppor the car.

If you want to do it that way you can use the sub frame support (where the inner part of the lower A-arms attach on the front) althought I would recommend a nice 2x4 to spread the pressure a little accross the subframe
