Capping bolt problem?
Here is a wild one. I have a Ford Racing strut tower brace.

I bought the billet strut cap kit

The caps look great, but the 2 inboard caps don't fit on the bolts because of the bolted on strut tower brace. Does anyone have an idea on how to make them fit? My buds at work say get a stud extender...I don't know if they make them that small. My other thought was to take the bolts that hold the strut tower brace on, and put the caps on over that...but, there is a torque requirement, and I'm not going to be able to torque the caps. MY other thought was to find some small magnetic parts, put them on the top of the bolt, and in the cap...but thats a stretch.
Anyone else?
