Default Broken in yet?

I have 1200 miles on my '07. I babied her the first 1000, and have been driving her a little harder since.
First service will be this week. I'm 37 years old, but the car makes me feel like I'm 17.
Is she ready for some hard driving? ( street racing, burnouts, donuts)?

**** YEA. it is time, brother, to LET HER RIP. UNLEASH THE BEAST. 1200 miles is a perfect time to really start to let her loose and set the rings. maybe wait till after the first service. but you really actually should beat on it a little to set the rings.

btw i am 17. this car makes me feel exactly my ageenjoy it! while your only young once, you can be immature forever! haha

+1...........I also stop abruptly during yellow lights so I can be first in line and peel out when it turns green......

A word of advice, since you babied it the first 1k, you need to reset the computer so it can learn a more aggressive tune, right now its gonna want to still drive like you are babying it, trust me you wint regret it, just pop the neg batt cable and go in for dinner, hook it back up when your done.

I spoke to the head mechanic in the Ford dealership the day I picked up the car and asked about "breaking in." He said there is no break in period for the engine and to have fun! Nevertheless, my first 500 miles were taken pretty easy...

By the way...I just installed my FRPP Stingers at 650 miles...I LOOOOVVVEEEE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
