A so-called "tune" will help. But the real problem is that the motor that Ford uses to open and close the throttle plates has an inherent slow response time. They should look towards the Toyotas that have used the "fly by wire" throttles for years, and have finally solved this problem by using a good and fast throttle plate motor.

Brenspeed fixed me up too. Now the car is almost too jumpy in first gear even after 3 months of driving it with the tune. I am almost considering calling him up to back off the response curve 10% to soften it a bit. He told me he has had a few guys with 4.10's requesting it, and can do it for all cars.

My Stingers came in yesterday and the tracking info on my CAI/tuner is showing it here this morning...a day early!!! I'm gonna have to add to AmericanMuscle's review of the new hardware I'm sure.
Yippee!
