I went with the granatelli and then added the tune from brent later runs awesome and looks pretty good as well because its the chrome version

Ok, I have a question. ARE YOU ALL AWARE THAT RPMOUTLET.COM offers the C&L kit, Predator AND pulleys for only... 599.99 I am just trying to find out why Brenspeed is so popular, they are more expensive. Can anybody tell me why I shouldn't get that deal instead of the Brenspeed C&L everyone talks about???

 

RPMOUTLET is NOT the way to go....

There have been a couple threads on here about them. The tunes they give you are the stock tunes for that intake. Nothing special about them.B ama, EVO and Brenspeed give you a CUSTOM tune from the info you give them about your car. Other problems with RPMOUTLET exist.

BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

 

From reading all of these posts in the forum I have heard of nightmares from rpmoutlet anywhere from bad shipping bad parts and non exsistant customer service. Brenspeed is probaly on of the best when it comes to customer satisfaction IMO. The guys say doug at bama chips is also good and backs his stuff. I have only delt with brent and can vouch for his service and products. Bottom line My 07 ran like poo when I bought it compared to haw it runs now with 4 simple bolt on parts from brennspeed. Whenever I have a question about a part even if I am not ready to buy yet dave and brent are there and eager to give me any info over the phone.[sm=hail.gif]

 

No doubt this looks the best. Performance the same? Does it have the same measurements?

 

I am very happy with the C@L Racer intake with SCT Xcalibrator package, for some reason the Street Intake is $75 more, not sure why, I guess cuz its metal and looks better ? I prefer the black and the larger intake as I intend to NOS or SC at some point.

Also about the RPM outlet deal, I don't think they have put the effort and testing into their tunes as has Brenspeed , I got my SLP LT headers from RPM outlet and they were ok but did not package the stuff the best, I would still recommend them, sometimes they have some good sales.

Brenspeed tune will make the most of the intake, and the best "wow" what a change effect.

 

Wait...After you put on CAI you could then add a SC or TC without taking the CAI out completely?

 

Went with the JLT2 + Brenspeed myself, saved the cash for exterior mods.
Painted the tube myself. I like it.
