Default Problem with gas mileage

Sorry to start another gas mileage poll...

My 06 GT has just under 2,000 miles . I drive it only in the city and am not really hard on the car. Currently, my trip computer reads. 13.4 MPG. Does that seem right??

Don't believe the gas readout. Go by actual miles traveled and how much gas you put in the tank. Do your own calculation. There is another thread on here right now discussing the accuracy of the readout.

I had the same problem with my read out. It was totally wrong. There was like a 2.3 mpg difference.

if your driving normally and it's 100% city, i
would think you could get 15-16

15-16 is what the read out on mine says sometimes but when I calculate it sometimes it is like 17-18 or so.
