Is the 4.6 3v Mustang the fastest mustang ever made? Or most horsepower?

I'm talking about bone stock cars. Not Saleen, Roush, Shelby etc....

 

Soo are machs not included??.... If not then I'd say yeah they are, until they come out with something newer... and If you are including machs then I'd say the mach, they're rated at like 305? I think. And I don't know if I'd say ever made.... I don't know much about the older mustangs back from the 60's & those times...

 

i thnk mach are 4v and i would say these are the quickest stock GT's ever made.

 

Sorry. I should have been more specific. I meant any stang that could be bought off the dealer lot without paying crazy premiums (like the new Shelby).

When I was in High School, the 5.0's were the kings of the street. But now it seems that the 4.6 will blow it away. Is the 4.6 really that much faster than the older 5.0's?

 

Let me add also... I've had my 07 GT for three days now and I can't get over how much power it has...

Talking from the hip, they are 3rd or 4th. The Terminator Cobras are faster, as well as at least one, maybe twoof the earlier Mustangs with big engines. Keep in mind that the earlier Mustangs were bias-tire limited.
