Default how do i install these things??

hey guys, i have the eibach pro kit on my car and im putting the panhard and adj lca's on today. i ordered a set of camber bolts from lmperformance.com and they sent me two bolts with a weird looking washer on it. now i havent looked under the car to see if i can figure this out yet cause i figured you guys could tell me. how does this system work??? i cant remember exactly how much negative camber i have but the tops bow in pretty good. i think the alignment guy said -1.75??? he said i was within ford specs but this just dont seem right. anywho i got the bolts so i want my tires to be straight up and down. can you tell me the easiest way to do these? any tricks or problems i should know about? thanks a ton guys!!

I personally wouldn't mess with that. Take it to a shop that does allignments and have them put those on. Besides they are going to have to adjust the camber once they're on anyways. -Andrew
