3.55 gears standard, that's what. They were standard equipment in 06. There's some cosmetic differences in interior.

A 6-way power passenger seat to mirror the driver seat. Dual heated seats, and there is also an electrochromic mirror with compass. There's a new GT appearance package that includes an engine cover, rolled exhaust chrome tips, and hood scoop. Two new colors, and two new interior color packages. Those are some of the creature comforts and perks to the 2007 model. There's a few minor mechanical fixes, and there's some new add-ons that came out at the same time that you can get equippped with a 2007 that you'd have to buy seperate if you got a 2006, like the iPod integration, bluetooth handsfree system, etc.

Bought my '05 GT, with 8k miles for $20,000 even in December, ($21,200 with tax, tag, blah, blah). I don't mind buying slightly used to save the huge loss from buying new. Paid for it strait up, no financing.

(Sold my Subaru WRX to get the Mustang, BTW, best decision I've made in years.)

Yeah, they're on my list of weight saving mods, right after removing the shifter bezel, rear-view mirror, and pony logo...

Don't bock the passenger seat upgrades. They're useless to the driver of course, but not many women want to roughhouse a seat. Not to mention that nothing gets them in like a V8 with heated seats!
