I dropped my car off today for the Saleen S/C instalation. A couple of hours later the installer called and said that I was missing the thermostat relocation kit required for the '07's. I called UGM and spoke with William who was very calm and cool with me (though I wasn't very calm and cool with him).

Anyway, William called me back and said that Saleen was out and had just received some more - would ship me one tomorrow for three-day shipping. I called my installer and gave him the info. He said that due to their scheduling my car would be pushed-back 2 weeks!! That would have been about three weeks torn apart in their shop!!

At the end of the day I checked my Email and received a message from Peter saying that Saleen would overnight ship me the kit. I couldn't believe it! Ecstatic!

So, UGM, thanks. You guys really pulled through and made my day.
