I absolutely refuse to use UPS anymore. One time they lost one of our packages at work then tried to say they delivered it. I pulled security tape and had to show someone before theyd pay the insurrance. They were complete ******** about it. On another occasion they delivered a package my wife ordered and was shipping to my office to somebody at the federal courthouse. Not even close to the right address. They admitted to the mistake but refused to go get the package back and deliver it to me. They straight up told me on the phone that I would have to go get it myself. I did go get it myself and every night i get on my knees and pray they go bankrupt and everyone there burns in hell.

My UPS guy is cool, everytime I see him pull up he brings the package up, brings it into the garage and tells me how cool my Mustang is.

I bought an exhaust, headers, and a CAI for a car I no longer own, when UPS delivered it, (in the original boxes saying V2 COLD AIR INTAKE, ect. ect.) they noticed that I wasn't home. I lived in a very large apartment complex...so what did they do?? Then put the 3 seperate boxes on the ground in front of my door and threw my doormat over them!! Like that is gonna not draw attention to the $1500 worth of parts siting in plain sight. Damn driveer just didn't want to carry them back down the 2 flights of stairs. Luckily my neighbor saw it and pull the stuff inside till I got home.

It depends on the driver. I've had the same one for years and he always takes good care of my packages. I have some packages delivered to my parents house and that driver always helps them get the package inside the house. Ihave had to go to the customer service center and when I have called, they tell me between 8 and 9pm. Sometime they are open passed 9.

I guess it depends on the driver and the customer service clerk.

Yea it does depend on the driver....at the office where i work the guy actually comes in and has conversations with you...but when i order something to my house totally different. One time the actually opened my door and tossed the package into my living room haha..I thought that was alittle weird...didnt even knock or anything
