Default Tire Choices...help?

Ok, heres the deal. I am putting on 18x9/10 Black Saleen Replicas on my 05 GT.
I am trying to decide between these two setups.
I just need to know if anyone has used,or if youknow anyone thats used the Nitto NT-01?
How do they compare with the BFG Drag Radials, and the Nitto 555Rs?

Because I want to either run

255 40 18 BFG KDW new tread fronts
315 30 18 BFG Drag Radial new tread

OR

255/265 35 18 Nitto 555 (whichever equals rear tire height better)
315 30 18 Nitto 555R Drag Radials, or NT-01 (depending on what I hear)

I work at Discount Tire, so these are the two setupsI would like to have. Price is about even between the two for me.
I know the 555R's last longer.Treadwear doesn't affect me that much, as I will keep the 17" Cobra R's that are on it now for long road trips, and live 15 blocks from work.

Which setup? I kinda lean toward BFG's, but havent heard much on the NT-01s, my buddy has a turbocharged 06, and the 555R's dont really cut it/are too hard.
Thanks y'all

....Just curious why you would want torun drag radials all the time?

What all does your buddy have done to his car? I mean, just because hes got a turbo doesnt meanthe 555Rs suck (alot of people on here run/like the 555R)... he could just need alot of suspension work.

He has the full suspension, along with 9-12# boost, and well over 500rwtq
Che lcas/uca
K member with torque limiters
Panhard with brace
rear sway bar.
With a little more all around...so, hes got the ability to put it down, the dang things wont stick.
Im more of a BFG person, always had great luck. Im also tired of spinning everywhere, and I just have 4.10s and almost all the boltons. But when Nitto came out with the NT-01, I took a look to it....
