VR7140 Updating Problems

Anyone having problem updating their VR7140? I keep getting download failed/transfered failed messages. The furthest I've gotten is 54. Anyone know a fix or something?
I tried every port but 3 because it's used by something. I tried to restore default and everything. Anyone else getting this problem? I'm using a Serial to USB because no local store seems to have serial to serial. I have the driver installed, BAUD set at 115200, and COM port set at 4.[/align][/align][/align]

What happens at this step:
22. Once the tool boots up, another window will be displayed with a message saying:
“Tool is ready, do you wish to download?â€
We should determine if the tool is communicating with the
pc or not, this will help us determine where the problem lies.
