Hmmm...I wonder what it is. How is that airraid working out that is untuned is ur car still running fine?

Car runs just fine with it. Airaid does not require a tune as it has whats called an MVT restrictor that can be removed when you tune it. I found this out while looking at brenspeed but I'm sure the airaid website has the same info. The airaid kit was already on the car when I bought it(8500 mile 06 at time of purchase a couple weeks back) so I cant compare to stock but have been told the untuned retricted airaid produces about 5-7hp.


If you remove the restrictor you have to tune it

looks like another marketing gimmick by ford. throw on a set of wheels, cai, suspension, new badge . . . .limit it to 10,000 , get snoopy or some other legend to sign off on it and watch the waiting list build
