dyno my stang she has l/t headers, delet plate jlt intake x pipe whit no cats.udp mac a/b .she dyno 298.6rhp , 305.41tork a/f was 13.0 all across the rpm is this ok whit the a/f ?

As long as it's not in the low 13's or above, then you're ok. 12.6-12.8 is where the S197 makes the most power at WOT. It's your call if you want to pay for another dyno run or 2 to re-adjust it.

very nice numbers. it looks like your getting about
15 rwhp from the LT's, delete plates & udp's.

12.8-13.0 Is the best, leave it where you are. Only change it if by some slight chance that you experience a ping...but you shouldnt...max power is found in and around 12.9...so your quite good...

Any higher than what you are right now and you would experience problems, but your more than ok! Go out and enjoy!

Personally, I like to see an 11.8 or so accross the board and would never run my car at 13 accross...

11.8 is good for a juiced or possibly a S/C S197, but it's too rich for one that's N/A, andwill result in power loss as compared to 12.6-13.0.
