I have debated this too for some time now. I have decided to buy a mgw shifter and a black hurst ball for the top of it. Good thing my b-day is coming up, so I can just give the website to wife to order for me.

If the temps here in Nor-Cal stay down I will be taking the car to the track either this Wednesday or next, I will let you know how the hurst works.

Either a Hurst or MGW. Hurst is a great shifter for the price, and the MGW is pretty much the best you can get.

I have had the Hurst and the Steeda......far prefer the Steeda. It's smooth and positive, doesn't feel like shifting through a box of gravel like the Hurst.
