The check engine light is not on, just the sound and the "low oil pressure" in the message center

I think the most probable cause is that there is a leak. Make sure the exhaust is mated perfectly at every joint and point. A loose bolt would account for both the tremendous sound and the rattle. As for the trouble code, it's possible that the vibration knocked the sensor from the oilpan, or you did it without noticing while you installed the exhaust? Keep us posted!

Even when I run a "system check" through the message center it says oil pressure is ok and then it goes back to "low oil pressure"!
Am I correct in that there are only 2 sensors related to the oil. One on the oil pan and one by the filter?
Highly frustrated.
