spark plugs

RE: spark plugs
I went to brisk and they lasted 2 hours!!![:@]
I called brisk and it turns out that they are NOT the same heat range as the HT0's. They are the same heat range as the stockers or HT1's!
Bottom line - if you're not running a lot of boost, the brisk or stock plugs will work fine. If you are running boost, then the only plug available for the heat range you need is the HT0's...period.
FYI - the ford racing plugs with the colder heat range are the autolite HTO's in a more expensive wrapper.

RE: spark plugs
Thank god it didn't go that far. I put them in at my house and drove to the track - made one pass and felt the car missing on the big end. Pulled the plugs and they were fried. If I had tried one more pass before pulling them it could have been a bad day![:@]

RE: spark plugs
Yah I sprayed twice. After the second trip it was missing bad. I could feel it dead wholing. Pulled the plugs the anode was completely gone from one. Scoped the cylinder and found nothing. Brisk's explanation "It evaporated". I called BS the plug is 95% silver and 5% chromium alloy. No way it evaporated!
