Default cylinder numbers

I need to know which cylinder is number 3 and number 5. Im trying to solve a misfire code problem. Thanks.

From the Haynes service manual (I can't find it in the Ford factory manual right now):

Cylinder numbers (front to rear)
Right side......................1-2-3-4
Left (driver's) side...........5-6-7-8
Firing order.......1-3-7-2-6-5-4-8

I'm surprised no one has got back to you yet. I don't have your answer. But, I'm betting any auto parts store in your area can tell you which cylinder is #1 on a Ford. Its been so long since I've worked on a V8 that I don't remember anymore. But, if I was a betting man I'd go with the front cylinder on the driver's side.
