I have a 2005 GT that camewith the 17" split spoke wheels, and I never liked them very much.

I found a set of 2007 17" Bullit wheels and Pirelli tires on ebay, from a dealer that was selling take-offs. I paid about $480 total, including shipping. These wheels have TPS sensors, but I don't have any way to read them on my 2005.

I have noticed that the 2007 Bullit wheels seem to have a much lighter colored finish than the Bullit wheels I remember seeing in 2005. Both look silver, but my 2007 wheels are much brighter.

I sold my old Mustang wheels and tires to a guy who had a Lexus (about a '92 400 series). When I looked up specs on the bolt pattern, I found that they are the same for both cars (but the offset is different). The Mustang wheelslooked a little odd on his Lexus, but he liked them.

Check your local dealer first...I paid $200 for mine, just ask if they have any GT takeoffs from doing on the lot conversions/ upgrades.

Yeah I think you can get a better price than that but I could be wrong. How soon do you want rims? Once I get me some after market I may be selling mine. 10K miles on them right now and not a scratch.

Here are the wheels I have on mine.

I believe those are the upgraded rims for a GT.
I've been looking at take off prices too. Ninosport has a takeoff set of 4 rims for $400 that you could put your old tires on or $599 for the rims and tires.

The TPMS sensors will keep sending info, just nobody on the other end. You could remove the bands as well if you're re-mounting tires.

Yeah, I saw the wheels and tires today. I'm set on buying them. They're just new take offs. Bullitt style wheel and Pirelli tires just like I have now. Plus they're letting me pay in 2 payments. I work ata university where this person is a student. I think it's a fair deal for $500.

I meant I have the split spoke style wheels now as opposed to Bullitt style, but the tires are the same as I have now.
