Default Problem when Braking hard, need assistance.

I noticed as of today when you press the brakes hard and the car dives to the front I am getting kind of a Groaning, ting tin ting sound from under the car. The exhaust seems to be on tight and no movement, and I have the 1 piece spydershaft so I know it isn't the center carrier moaning. Any Idea of what it could be. I do have the brake lines for the rear tie strapped to the rear lower control arms if that could mean anything due to the side exit exhaust. I don't know what to look for. All seems in tack.

The only thing done under the car recently was the side exhaust which doesnt seem to be rubbing anywhere and the 1 piece spydershaft which seems ok i guess. any ideas????
