If you're concerned about passing emissions, then reinstall the stock intake and tune, and drive for at least 50 miles before inspection time.

I realize I could do that but what happens when I add a supercharger? You cant just put the stock tune back in, you would throw a bunch of codes plus loose your engine. I know alot of SC setups are emissions legal, so how do they pass with no rear O2's fuctioning?
