I just installed this assembly with ease. Sounded great but noticed a crappy hissing noise somewhere. I found a small leak on the passenger side pipe where it meets the exhaust manifold. I know this is not right and I attempted to loosen and tighten without any preload on the pipe. It still leaks. Anyone have this problem or have any suggestions. It would be appreciated.

 

Sorry to hear your having problems. Mine hasnt had any issues.

 

You could probably find a way to get the pipes to fit better, and if not, either use their companie's good service to your advantage, or, if worse comes to worse, get some jbweld or even just spot weld the hole closed..That JBweld won't be hurt by the heat

 

Is there a gasket for the stock manifolds to the pypes h pipe possibly or is it just the male/female mating surfaces? Suggestions anyone????????

Same thing happened to me, I ended up having mine welded shut.
