Wont start, not battery!

Wont start, not battery!
So, I went to fill up gas tank, got in and all I heard was a click, and the fuel pump also. Everything powerwise worked. My car is manual so luckily a couple of people helped me push start it, so I got it home shut it off, same thing. Any idea's? Starter, or a wire came loose? I will check but wanted to know if this happened to anyone else.

ok, my thought is:
if Fuse 4 keeps blowing, then either the relay is
not making good contact when it engages (arcing), or the
starter motor is drawing too much current (amperage).
also, like dex said, there could be a wiring problem.

Example - on my car I had a similar issue and it turned out to be I had two many things feeding off of one relay and it fried it. I'd change a fuse and it would blow within 15 minutes. I took the fuse panel box a part and noticed the actual connectors were burned from the relay being overloaded. I ended up replacing the connecting circuit and then rewired another relay for a few of my things (spark-a-boost, intercooler pump, & radiator fans)
It was a PIA for a couple days for me to figure it out. You probably don't have it overloaded but I'm just throwing it out there. My guess is it is a simple matter of the relay not making full connection. (contact)
