Have any of you guys heard or dealt with this person on Ebay. His prices seem reasonable however, that could be a bad thing.

You could always call them and talk to them on their 800 number. Sometimes just talking to a person will give you an idea whether they seem reputable or not. If they sound like they know what they're talking about, then I'd investigate further. I'd think that a reputable supercharger dealer would take the time to answer some of your questions to see what your wants and needs are. Might be worth a try.
