No matter what oil/filter you use, you should change them at least every 6 months or 5,000 miles per the owner's manual and document/save receipts. That way Ford could not deny a warranty claim for lack of maintenance. That said, I use Motorcraft synthetic blend and Motorcraft filters, both fould at walmart.
