Default Boomtubes

So I traded in my 4.0 and bought a new GT.
I took my boomtubes off the 4.0 before trading. They are sitting in my trunk right now
How do they sound on the GT? Is it loud to the point of police wanting to kick my a$$?
It was borderline too loud (for the public, not I) on my 4.0.

Basically I want to know if anyones had some bad run-ins because of them.

The rest of my exhaust is stock except for the boomtubes. They aren't ridiculously loud. Certainly not loud enough to get you stopped. Now if you put an o/r pipe on there... maybe.

Only minor gripe I have is drone from 1800-2K but it's not very bad.

That kind of sucks because thats where I am 90% of the time.

Well, I'll go for it anyway. It is just too quiet stock.
