Are those BBK's coated (ceramic)? are they tuned length also? Just trying to figure which to buy.....thanks

Im going with shorties aswell Im just getting the tuned bbk chrome ones then having a shop jet coat them for me wich is even better then ceramic coating and it only cost $40. Getting them done in black cause basically everything else in my engine bay is mobbed out..
