Default Fuel Lean code, Supercharger

Guys just had my 2006 Gt dyno'ed (446 to the wheels), during the process the techs noticed that my Fuel air ratio was unusally lean, so I had the gt500 pump installed. today I got the following code (fuelsystem too lean bank , OBD(?) system check not complete) after the gt500 pump install my air fuel was exactly where it was supposed to be. I have a procharger running with only tune adjustment being to the fuel pump after install. Any ideas

Fuel system too lean, bank 1 and/or 2 code usually means a vaccuum leak of some sort. As long as the A/F ratio is where it needs to be while in boost (low 12-high 11s) look for disconnected hoses.
