Difference between comp stage II NSR cams?
What is the difference between the N/A stage II NSR and the Stage II NSR for F/I and supercharger applications.
If you go the the F/I stage II with the plan on eventually putting on a supercharger in the future, are you going to loose anything while being N/A?
Or if you go with the N/A cams, is something going to fail with the cams if you put a S/C on the car in the future?
I'm just up in the air on what route i want to go with my stang, i do KNOW i'm going with a set of shorty headers, one piece drive shaft. And i have the cash to do a set of cams along with those mods.
Help is greatly needed, lol.

You will not gain near as much power with a blower cam on an NA application...however, if you decide to go with the NA cam, you will be fine with a blower up until about 8psi, 10psi is pushing it...NA cams have more overlap so allow for more gains up top...however, more overlap can bleed boost on high boost applications...hope that helps
My suggestion is to do the NA cams, and when you eventually get your blower, run 8psi. You will see around 450rwhp...anything after that you can run nitrous if you build the lower end. This way you can enjoy the power of the cams while NA and continue to enjoy the lopey sound after you get your blower.
agreed. I have a buddy with blower cams on his N/A (juiced) 2V... I walk all over him on the track (I have VT's Stage II N/A cams), but I'm planning on boost later (to the tune of 22#), and will be getting a set of VT's Stage III S/C cams. It's all about right tool for the right job.
