Thumbs up Magnapack installed

I installed my magnapacks lasts night, well at least the axlebacks. I am using the stock H-pipe for now. I might install the midpipe this weekend. With out a lift, install was somewhat a PITA. Since I couldn't loosen the midpipe, getting the axlebacks on was a hassle. The sound is awesome. Deeper and throater than my JBAs but I don't think the magnapacks are as load, but that may because they are not broken in yet. Drone/resonance is not as bad as I thought. My Flow 40series was worse.

So you got the magnapak catbacks correct? the mufflers fit the stock midpipe? I always thought they would be different.

They fit, but it was a PITA. I do have the CatBack section, but I didn't put that on yet. I was eager to hear the magnapack axlebacks.

In person, I have not heard that many setups, but of the setups I have heard, magnapacks are one if not the best .

SLPs LM seem to be a debatable system. I think some people may not like SLPs because it doesn't have the mustang sound many of us are accustomed to, but with the stock H-pipe and cats sound like a classic muscle car.
