You dont need the BAP running constantly. I have it setup for the boost activation on two cars. one pushing 633rwhp and the other 808rwhp

I take it the cars are not S197? I thought the BAP was only good to 500rwhp with the stock fuel pump.

One is a 2006 GT T76 Turbo with a GT500 fuel system and the other is an 08 GT500 with a 2.8 KB. Dual BAPs

I've had my BAP for about a year running all the time and have never had a problem.

He said there would be a lag while the engine waits for more fuel. It could also cause the engine to run lean while the BAP is booting up to meet the engine's request. Another member contacted me and said they broke #8 piston because of the Kenne Bell's setup. simply put...Trust Brenspeed. They know their stuff. Excellent bunch of guys!
