The timing marks were all lined up correctly when I took the phasers/cam gears out and reinstalled them. Im starting to think I have the cams in the wrong side of the motor. Ford considers the passenger side of the motor the right side and the drivers side the left side. Does anybody know if the right side comp cam goes in the drivers side of the motor and the left cam goes in the passenger side? Any ideas at all? Thanks for any advice
Which part # did you get,127-010 stage 1 or 127-020 stage 2;i am going to buy one of them but dont know which one to get, also comp cams told me that i would need a vacuum pump or i would have problems with the brakes, are you having any issues with your brakes? I probably be using the same tune from Doug.Thank you for your time.

pretty sure it's the combination of his other mods that helped achieve those numbers not just the cams alone, still though that's bad ***.

I have the stage 2 cams, part#127020 with the phaser limiters. I did have problems with my brakes when I was running the wrong tune but I havent driven it yet with the new tune. A vacuum pump is probably overkill, as you can get a vacuum reservoir and would probably be ok..at least thats what Im gonna do if I need it. Ill get a video up on youtube sometime this week

I ordered the "thumpers" 127-020 from brentspeed today, they told me that the vacuum indeed goes down, and if i run into low pedal just to get a vacuum cannister and that should take care of the problem.E-mailed doug about the tune and it is already saved in my file,he is the greatest!!.Just waiting for UPS at the end of the week.

You are going to love the Thumprs. I got a 32 rwhp gain over stock cams. I had SLP lts and xpipe with high flow cats for a total of 60 rwhp gain. Got to love the sound. I have flowmaster mufflers.

No problems with the brakes, but I may get a vacuum reservoir just in case. You'll love Doug's tune it pulls pretty hard.
