No that's not shipped, but they may ship it for free if you ask. Trust me after driving my car with the RST setup, I would have happily paid that and been done with it. I have several thousand dollars into fixing my shifting problem, and that was before purchasing the RST which fixed the issue as soon as it was installed. Just a warning DO NOT PURCHASE an aftermarket TOB, they all leak including the McLeod trust me I went through 2 of them before going back to the stock TOB, which again works perfectly with the RST. IMO the clutch is more than worth the money.

I replaced my clutch in anticipation of the supercharger. It works fine, but DO NOT go with SPEC. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired and if there is a problem with something you buy from them, they ALWAYS blame the customer. I wish I had gotten the McLeod the first time around.

At what point do you guys recommend replacing the TOB? I have 25k on my car, I put the Saleen on it at ~14k. The last 11k miles have been hard miles, and the way it goes now is this: First gear, you smell burning rubber. Second gear, you smell burning clutch. It sucks. I have already decided on the twin-disc RST for my off-season project (along with a few other small things), but I don't know if I should replace the TOB too. My clutch assembly currently is all stock (and frankly I'm surprised it held up this long...)

Thanks!!

I would replace the TOB when you replace the clutch, they are not terribly expensive, I think they are less than $200 dollars. I have managed to get my TOB's warrantied.

I guess it's a good think I don't have this problem! I have a 2005 with 13,000 miles on it, BUT I don't run DR's or slicks tho.....

I had 15k miles on my stocker and it was still holding fine. The RST group buy came up so I bit and had it installed. Just over 1k miles on it now and it is working great.

I did not replace my stock TOB, but if I had thought about it more I would have. Easy insurance for $100. I am not having any issues, but I am a big fan of spending a little more initially to avoid more $$ and headaches later.

The Mcloed isnt the cheapest, but I love mine and it was worth every penny.
