Thanks for the help i think its the tires. I am going to check if the tire pressure is right. If this dosen't fix it im going to bring it to the shop. I will let you guys know. Thanks for the help. He didnt have permission but didnt we all make mistakes when we were young.

+1 on flat spots, although, I've had it happen even with correct pressure. The colder it gets outside, the more it seems to happen.

I concur with the flat spots but if that's what it is then you should also be noticing the ride being rough while rolling at low speeds when you first start driving until the tires round out. Many tires will develop flat spots, especially as the weather gets colder and it takes the rubber longer to warm up and round-out.

WOW! you seem to be a very easy going father. If I took my fathers car without permission and crashed it, he would skin my a$$.
