I know I've been interested in trying a shifter like this. I think the only way to get one right now is through Brenspeed, but you have to call as they don't show it on their site.
On another forum about 3 or 4 weeks ago, someone from B&M said their ratchet shifter for the 5R55S is almost ready finally and they were asking for testers.
