Default Need help with bolt pattern...

Looking to buy a set of rims from a guy who owns a 2004 mustang. Would the rims and tires fits my 2005 mustang GT?

Heres the Craigslist post... http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/pts/1006889338.html

Unfortunatly the bolt patterns are the exact same, but the rims will not fit your s197. That is because the offset of the 04 rims is a mid offset 15-25 mm and your stang calls for a high offset 35-42 mm. The only way to make them fit would be to buy aftermarket spacers to push the wheel out of the wheelwell.

Why you don't go over and ask to do a test fit for clearance,it won't hurt to ask. I'm betting you will not need spacers. There many s-197 owners running the new 18 and 20 inch Razors with a 24MM offset and have no clearance issues.
