enough for the knock sensors to be kicking in... what the stoichometric number is IDK???

Another new symptom...

It doesn't do it every time I start it, but sometimes on a cold start it will rev up to 2000-2200rpm for a little bit.

LEAN, you need to get it fixed bro. The longer you wait the more your engine is getting fu#ked up. Running to lean leads to much bigger problems.

Cold start high rev is totally normal...as long as it eventually drops down. It's kind of like a "choke" from the old school days.
