It depends on which CAI you buy. Some are "no tune required" they just have an open element filter like on a C&L or Steeda. The inlet tube is the same dimensions as a stock inlet.

When you buy a cell phone with a contract, most of the hardware cost is subsidized by the service provider due to the fact you'll be spending at least $720 a year on service. Try buying a brand new iPhone without a contract.

The cost of an SCT hand held programmer includes the cost of research, development, and vehicle/device support.

Got my SCT X3 from Brenspeed...best darn thing I ever got for my stang...best of both worlds...
