Rotating assembly
The reason livernois doesn't furnish main bearings is....."YOUR SUPPOSED TO CUSTOM FIT THE MAINS TO THE CRANK BY TAKING MEASUREMENTS YOURSELF"!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Under no circumstances should you use bearings that come with a kit "UNLESS THEY CUSTOM FIT THEM and you have PROOF!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ford had/s two styles - one uses a upper and lower 1 pc. flanged thrust bearings, the other has one 1pc. flange and the other side uses a "horse shoe" thrust plate.......

As long as we know what block and year, we can provide right bearings....99.7% of the time

OK, I got the block from Ford Racing Parts. Its part number is M-6010-A46NA. This is a 4.6l aluminum block machined for 3 valve heads. The stock block for 2005+ Mustang GTs. Which style of thrust bearing does it use?
The reason is the block! Now, I have not run into any bearing diff. in the 05 up alum blocks. The 96-04 iron ...Windsor and Romero blocks run diff. bearings.......mainly the main thrust bearings.
