I live in Los Angeles and I dont have a front license plate. Ive driven by hundreds of cops and no ticket *knock on wood*. Funny thing is, my friend who has a 00' Integra got pulled over for no front license plate. I guess its the car. My stripes cover up the holes the dealer did. And for some reason, they drilled OUTWARDS. I dont know if they usually do that, but why drill outwards?

Front plates ARE required in TX. Better put one on before you get a ticket.
