Add me to the twin screw supercharger crowd... oh yea, I would like cover that with a shaker scoop. That's my mission the rest of the summer...lol

wish there were pics of the cover off of the engine. Better ones as well.
Then we would see how easy these are to fabricate.

That is beautiful, nbk13nw. How are you liking the JLT? I just ordered one the other day.

Now that is an intake cover. That polished intake cove looks butt ugly. I my self will probably have to wait until I receive my tax returns next year to get the SC. I just can't spend $3K right now for the SC, besides my wife's head will probably do a 180 if I told her I'm going to spend $3K on a mod.

Thanks guys. Speaking of the JLT... I just came back from Jay's shop this morning. He is really going full force on the intakes and the fixes required. All new orders are fitted with the aluminium insert and it looks sweet. I love this intake. For the money it cannot be beat. We discussed the new one that is coming out of Canada this summer. Western Motorsports. Looks good but we both want to see how they can route the air from the front grille without moving or relocating the stock fan.

hey hagman. the first 05 i had was the v6, now im in the gt but i was thinking about your comment about the strut bar. you said if you get the valve cover or what ever it is then the strut bar would not fit. well owning a v6 first i know that the v8 engine sits really low compared to the v6. thats why you cant put the v8 strutbar on the v6the v6 engine sits a lot higher. so why not get the cover. and then naybe the v6 strut bar could fit. i dont see why it wouldnt
