no tune needed, but they have no mufflers so not sure how that'll effect the IM in your state...

I'm in the same situation with my magnaflow axleback. Now I'm leaning towards FRPP Stingers with o/r xpipe. They seems to be popular around here. I have also thought about the SLP LM with stock midpipe. I'll finally make a decision one day!
