Tim, I saw you mentioned you have a 101.5 inch belt.

Here Rob Simons recommends a 102.5 inch gatorback belt - http://forums.edelbrock.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=1057

Ohhh...I see that's your thread. I take it the 101.5 incher was the solution to your problems. VERY glad to know that.

The pulley & belt stuff, as well as the fuel line attachments, are what I'm least comfortable with as I have never dealt with them before. But I know a guy who did his own pulley upgrade on a GT500. I'll get him to help.

Oh and..actually....my belt is going to ship USPS tomorrow. I have a call in to check the belt out before they ship it. Thanks.

No it's not and I'll tell you why. RWHP vs BHP. Edelbrock's HP ratings are just like the car manufacturer's; it's in BHP.

Using 15% drive-train loss, 395 rwhp / .85 = 465 bhp.

Shane... The proper belt length for 3.50 and 3.25 is 102.5" Goodyear Gatorback belt P/N: 4061025. Sorry about getting confused on the length.

GOOD LUCK!!

Correct. Forgot about that. So at 425/.85 I now have GT500! Wish I had the front end to go with it instead of the Roush. Like my Roush but prefer the Shelby GT500 look.

Tim,

Looks like I'm getting a 102.5" Gates P/N 61020. Have you tried a Gates belt?

I emailed Rob Simons to get his opinion.

Getting ready to get a supercharger but debating between the E-force and the V3 non inter cooled kit. Any opinions? I want to keep my cross bar so I'm staying away from top mounted chargers.

E-force it top-mounted. I don't know if a strut brace fits over it or not.
